There are a lot of different cables to go to and from your PC’s PSU and other components. First, the main power-supply 20+4 pin or 4 + 4 ATX connector connects to the motherboard and is generally thought of as the main connector. The EPS (sometimes called “P4”) connector delivers power to your CPU module. Then you’ll find SATA and PCIE connectors that work most commonly with drives and graphics cards, respectively. There are some less common connectors like Molex that can also be adapted for other cable types like the SATA cable.
